Plant Piping is very critical aspect of industrial complex. It is a complex activity which requires great expertise; Weldtech has expertise in plant piping. Weldtech deploys technology, right from pipeline layout design, BoM & actual execution of the project. It help customers understand various aspect of the project at a press of a button.

We undertake plant piping with material or on the basis of labour with consumable. We have team of experienced Welders, Pipe fitters, Riggers, etc. to execute the project. By and large, projects are time bound and required to be executed in time. Time being essence, Weldtech believes in finishing the quality work in committed period. Our approach to contracting is extremely pro-active, we plan and only then execute. We first design the plant in 3D, then we add proposed piping, which gives an indication, whether the piping design is in sync with the actual plant. If there are hindrances, then according the piping layout is changed, so as to suit actual plant. Upon completion of layout design, every project is divided in multiple phases according to the layout or size of pipes, etc. The supervisors then decide the phase wise timelines, this helps them manage the project well. The teams are decided based on the phases and timeline, for execution. These operational efficiencies, enable us to complete the project on time, every time.

      Methodology:

There are two models through which we engage with projects.

• Plant piping projects with material

• Only labor with consumables, wherein the customer provides the pipes and accessories.

     Facilities:

The company has ARC, TIG welding machines to carry out welding activity, various types of grinders, flame cutting machines and other accessories which are required for plant piping. It also has tie up for pick-up vans, tempo, etc. for moving the consumables, gas cylinders, etc. to the site

     Personnel:

The company has experienced professionals having worked extensively on pipe line projects and SS welding & fabrication. They have a experiences from anywhere between 10-35 yrs. Their experiences in respective field helps, company achieve timely execution of project with high degree of quality.

From the above team, the company assigns a project manager or project team, depending on the project size. Their rich experience helps the entire site crew to understand the project obligations & technical issues, which in turn generates high level perform with perfection & quality. The company has a pool of experienced Welders, Pipe fitters, Riggers, Helpers, etc. which facilitates the smooth execution of the projects. The necessary workforce is deployed from this pool for each such project.
